At -79, 297, 49 in Stoneburnt Highlands there is a clickable ladder that will take you into an instance called "A Dark Cave" there is a single Kerran in there that rambles at you about some Jam and a Hand-Kerchief...You go through a different dialog if you aren't a BL with this guy, here is a screen shot of what he says when talking to my BL ...

It looks like the hand-kerchief he's looking for drops from void ruiners near the eye of el'arad. Bring it back, and he offers you "The Path to Understanding" - L95 signature quest.

"I am in search of a clue to what my path is" - this step updates by clicking on a "Mark of Instinct" (jade arm statue kinda thing) in the Gruengach Caves @ 133.26, 238.34, 302.00 (Stonebrunt Highlands)

Step after that - another Mark of Instinct statue @ 351.76, 226.92, 83.52. Step after that - "a hidden barrel" top of the caves @ 355.31, 330.48, 152.32.

Next step - "Warble said something about common decent" - Mark of Instinct at 1168, 41, 2234 in Sundered Frontier (in the grotto with Queen Martah) - credit to Oasis.Aleex on guk.bl channel.

Next step - "Look around the village more" - Mark of Instinct @ 1409, 36, 2280 (near the Chief). Credit to Guk. Ickiibeast.

Next step - "Look for something to the north" - Basket under a hut on the north end of the village @ 1340, 44, 2044. Credit to Guk.Ickiibeast

next step - "Ruins old and new" - Update at 1634, -110, 2988. Credit to Crushbone.Frogging & Oasis.Areye.

Just to the west is at 2,184.48, -92.17, 3,244.13

then "books and vials" down in Paineel Library at 2010.61, -298.99, 3,330.46

Next step - "Clue to the West" - Update at 2182, -92, 3242. Credit to Splitpaw.Casabian.

Next step - Go back to Warble in Stonebrunt Highlands in his cave.

Next step - Mark of Instinct @ first named (in the water) in Conservatory. Mark of Instinct under the water where the named spawns. Credit to Oasis.Areye, Splitpaw.Casabian.

Next step - At plant area in Conservatory with shrubbery monsters up a root on the north side. Loc 156, 97, 40. Freeport.Aische and likely others that I missed.

Next step - shell at 47, 97, 51, in the water between the wall and pillar. Credit to Freeport.Aische

Clicking on the shell mentioned above (in the room with the last named in Conservatory) spawns L95 ^^^ "Dagoranon, Deep Protector" - hits like a mack truck.

Strategy around fighting this named - the mob is mez'able and stunnable (Guk.BestialLord indicated this, as well as a few other folks). I have a coercer with the "stun on mez termination" AA - I spammed that while mana feeding and throwing in other stuns, and the mob went down. After you kill this mob, it's back to Warble in Stonebrunt Highland. There may well be other workable strats, but that is what worked for Guk.Tocah & company.
