Purpose
The purpose of this template is to insert a warning box at the top of a page or section indicating that a specific named user is currently working on the page and requests that any user who wants to make a mod use the Talk page instead to inform the editor of their input
Usage
copy and paste this to the top of the page

it will insert your name, and the date.
- the date is not used by the template at this time, it is more for dating when the tag was inserted in case of history loss
