Purpose
To display an information box of all the basic information about a Tradeskill.

Parameters
- name
- only needed if {PAGENAME} is differnt (such as having (Tradeskill) after name), affects category sorting
- icon
- image name for Spell Icon, include extension, DO NOT include

- power
- if it costs power, put a
